Duisburg’s Inner Harbour An insider tip – not just for water sports
The Inner Harbour in Duisburg combines modern buildings with the industrial charm of traditional architecture. With its bistros and restaurants right on the water, the inner harbour is a unique location for attractive events for children and adults. Many regular events take place here throughout the year.
Once a year, the Inner Harbour becomes a special location for Europe’s largest dragon boat fun regatta. In 2005, the event even made it into the Guinness Book of Records with 170 teams consisting of 3,500 participants.
With the successful organisation of the canoe polo competitions as part of the 2023 finals, the Inner Harbour was also able to meet the requirements of German championships. If you are looking for an exciting venue with a stunning scenery, you have come to the right place.
